Historical European martial arts (HEMA) We teach HEMA, Historical European Martial Arts. Learning from manuscripts and treatises written by masters from medieval and renaissance europe. Our primary source is the Zettel, which is a recital on knight craft written by Johannes Liechtenauer. Teaching wrestling, dagger, long knife, longsword, spear, both in and out of armour. Using hand made replicas of the steel training weapons they used.
